A little bit about Papote

Coucou!

My name is Ludivine. Originally from France, my home and my heart is in Toronto. Baking and eating sweets have always been my favorite things to do. I started Papote because I wanted to share my love of French pastries and the joy of baking with others. For me, baking has always been about more than just cakes. It’s about connecting, and creating something delicious from simple and good quality ingredients.

At Papote, I bake small-batch, handmade cakes and pastries using quality ingredients like organic flour and eggs with as much as possible local and seasonal ingredients. I also run friendly baking workshops where people come together to bake and share a moment that feels a little bit like home.
